Terms & Conditions

The rules and agreements that govern your use of GigoloLTD.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GigoloLTD (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Platform in any way.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GigoloLTD after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

GigoloLTD is intended strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You must not use GigoloLTD if you have previously been suspended or removed from the Platform, or if you are located in a jurisdiction where the Platform's services are prohibited by law.

3. Your Account

To access most features of GigoloLTD, you must register an account and verify your email address via the OTP sent to your registered email. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GigoloLTD only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of other users or restrict their use of the Platform. You must not:

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or age
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame other users
  • Post content that is obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal
  • Use the Platform for scams, fraud, or commercial solicitation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
  • Collect or store personal information about other users without consent

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

5. Membership Plans and Payments

GigoloLTD offers three membership tiers:

  • Silver — free trial, no meetings, limited features
  • Gold — paid subscription with messaging, scheduled meetings, and credits
  • Platinum — premium subscription with extended benefits

Payments for paid plans are made using your GigoloLTD wallet balance. You can add money to your wallet via UPI. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Plan features, prices, and durations may change with notice.

6. Meetings and Interactions

GigoloLTD allows users to schedule meetings with other users subject to plan eligibility and location rules. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • GigoloLTD is not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the Platform
  • You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
  • You should exercise caution and good judgement when meeting anyone in person
  • Meeting attendance, punctuality, and safety are your responsibility

Repeated no-shows or misuse of the meeting system may result in account restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GigoloLTD — including text, graphics, logos, images, design, code, and software — is owned by or licensed to GigoloLTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our written permission.

Content you upload (such as photos and text) remains yours. By uploading, you grant GigoloLTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content solely to operate and promote the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

GigoloLTD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Platform, including finding a match, scheduling a meeting, or the conduct of any user.

You use GigoloLTD at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GigoloLTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GigoloLTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or damages resulting from interactions with other users.

In no event shall GigoloLTD's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to GigoloLTD in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using GigoloLTD and close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at our discretion — with or without notice — for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or exposes GigoloLTD to legal risk.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we may notify you through the Platform or by email.

Your continued use of GigoloLTD after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
